Cyclr’s MCP Servers is an additional feature so may not be enabled on your Cyclr Console.
If you’d like to discuss adding it to your existing Cyclr subscription, please get in touch with your Cyclr representative.
Introduction #
With Cyclr’s MCP Servers feature, you can easily and quickly expose Connectors for use by Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
This enables you to create MCP Servers by selecting one or more Connectors, then specifying which of their Methods you wish to provide as “Tools” to an LLM/AI agent.
Building on that concept, you can:
- Create “MCP Server Templates” for a common group of actions you wish to provide to your customers:
- If your customers have direct access to their Cyclr Accounts, they can install those “MCP Server Templates” themselves.
- If not, you could choose to expose them through Cyclr’s embedded Marketplaces.
- You can also create ad-hoc “MCP Servers” directly in Cyclr Accounts for specific use-cases.
An MCP Server can then be added to an external AI tool, such as Anthropic AI’s Claude LLM chatbot, using its unique Cyclr URL.
External access to use the MCP Servers and their Tools can be restricted by using Cyclr’s Account-level OAuth Client Credentials feature.
