The Cyclr Console offers several reporting options. These can be found under the “Reports” tab in the Console Menu, with only a few exceptions.
The majority of reports can be exported as CSV files using the “Export Report as CSV” button, which is located in the top-right corner of each report page.
For most reports, the default page range is set to 10 items per page. This can be changed from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page to 20, 50, or 100 per page.
Task Usage & Task History Report #
The Task Usage report is available on the Dashboard of the Partner Console. It provides an overview of the total number of used and remaining tasks for the current billing period. It helps monitor usage and assessing whether your current task allowance is sufficient.
A visual indicator is displayed next to the Task Usage Report on the Dashboard, to visualize the used percentage of the monthly task allowance.

The “View Task History” button navigates to the Task History Report. This report provides historical task usage data for previous billing periods. The report includes start and end dates for each period, as well as the count of successful and incident tasks.
It is important to note that this report shows a tally of all tasks in the billing period, and it’s not differentiated by accounts or connectors.
For further details on the task usage on a specific account, refer to the Account Task History report.
What is a “Task”?
Usage within Cyclr is logged when API calls are made to external systems or data is processed on a Step within an integration. These activities are recorded as “Tasks”.
- If an action is successful, a “Successful Task” is recorded. This is typically indicated by Cyclr receiving an HTTP 2xx Status Code when making an API call.
- If an action is unsuccessful or results in an error, an “Incident Task” is recorded. This is typically identified by an HTTP 4xx or 5xx Status Code.
- Steps categorized as “Tools,” such as Decisions and Delays, do not utilize Tasks.
Each Partner Console has a Monthly Task Allowance defined by the Cyclr pricing plan. If this allowance is exceeded, additional charges may apply.
