Data Retention #

The Data Retention settings allow you to specify how long both successful transactions and transactions containing errors should be kept for.

Note: By default, Data Retention is set to Cyclr’s maximum value of 31 days.
It’s not possible to retain Transactions within Cyclr for longer.

Retention for Successful Transactions and Errored Transactions can be turned off, and adjusted independently.

The Data Retention period can be set to a value of Hours, Days, or Weeks.

Changing Data Retention settings #

Data Retention settings can configured within your Console, on individual Accounts, and within the Builder for Templates and Cycles:

  • In your Console, go to Settings > Data Retention in the sidebar.
  • For a particular Account, to to your Console, then Account Management and select the Settings cog icon for the appropriate Account.
  • In the Builder for a Template or Cycle, select the Settings button along the top then select the Data Retention tab in the popup.
