Now, when you’re using Cyclr, you can have different users that they’re ciphered directly. So it could be a case that they need to access it to sign in, but you don’t want to give them full admin rights. And that’s where you can create an account user here. So I can create an account user, let me create a new name, excuse me.
So we have the email address, username, first name, last name that will get filled in based on that information. So I can add more information here. Give them a username and password. And then I can determine what account that person has access to. So when they sign in what account do I want them to be able to see what permissions do I want them to be able to have, etc.
So they can go in and they essentially work at the account level where they’re able to then log into Cyclr create their own cycles and flows within it within the builder, but their own, they only have access at the account level. So you could determine what applications they have access to. And make it so that they can’t install anymore. Or you could give them free rein. And they if you trust them enough to do what they want or if it’s some sort of external work.
