API Drive Account Management Documentation

So when I feel confident with my templates, and when I think that okay, now’s the time to start getting end users in this would be where I started looking at the account management side of things.

So an account in Cyclr, I feel I should clarify is a customers or partners end users, right? So we refer to you as a partner. And we refer to your end users as accounts.

And what that means is, each of your end users can ultimately have their information isolated in a bucket within your partner. That way, they they’ll never be there, they will never cross contaminate. And there’s no risk of information leaking out between different accounts for your users. It’s a nice way of keeping things isolated.

You can see what cycles each user is using. You can look at how many connectors they’re using, and sort of how frequently they’re using them.

So if you have cycles that maybe don’t run on a regularly scheduled basis, but they instead pull information on demand, you can have a look at and see just how many calls have these people use over the course of the month.
