Now, this is where all your cycles are stored within Cyclr, right? So a template is something you create at the partner level, it’s a cycle that you’ve created at the partner level. And that cycle can then be copied into any accounts as once it’s been published, and can be used by those accounts with their own user data, etc.
So you, as a partner, are essentially an admin of the system. You build out these workflows, you test them at this level. And once you know that they work you install them into an account and there they are fresh, not authorised, just waiting for users to come along and be set up, they’ll be running as frequently as they need to. And there’ll be set up with anything that you leave for the user to set up.
So, we have a few buttons here. On this screen, the recycle bin, any template that you delete is stored in the recycle bin for 30 days or you can also clear the recycle bin. So it tells you how frequently or how far away between each of those, how long it will be how long it is until the cycles will be deleted. And then if I go for the delete all what that will do is end clear those out for me. So what this means is by the next time I log in to Cyclr, these will be cleared out and it will be gone. I do get a small amount of time to course correct, wherein I can restore the cycles and add them back into my account if I need to. But that’s only after the delete or if I just want to add something back in its app, it’s far easier to restore it.
So I can create a new template, this will take me directly into the builder.
I can import a template. So I may have downloaded the raw JSON of a template and made some changes to that. And I want to re-import that template. So if I want to import something like that, I just click on import template here. And I can add that into my template library so that every cycle in Cyclr, every template is exportable. And you can upload it, and our system will create the cycle based on the JSON that is given to it.
Here, I can create a new folder with this little folder tab. And as you can see, I’ve got a few folders here. And if I click into them on the view folder, you’ll see that there are cycles held within those. I have a sort by created so I can change the sort. So it could be when they were created when they were last run when they were last modified, or even the status. So whether they’re published or not, I can choose whether that’s ascending or descending order.
I can delete a folder, the folder needs to be emptied before I can do this. So you should go in and delete each cycle and then go and delete the folder afterwards. And that’s such make it a more conscious effort. Nothing as simple as “oh, I’ve accidentally clicked it” delete my folder, everything’s gone.
Well, you’ll also see here is very similar to the connector library, you have a way to where you can edit the most recent draft of a template, you can look at all the previous releases of a template. Here, you can move it so you can choose the location that you want to put it in to the other folders, you can change and push that into a different folder.
If you want to upgrade the install integrations, what that will do is we’ll take a look at all of the integrations you have in that cycle. And it will bring them all up to date to the latest version. Now, it will sign you out so you will have to re sign in. But at the template level, that will be fine as you’ll typically be using your own test credentials.
And finally, delete template. So as soon as the Delete folder, I can delete the template templates running, I have to go in and stop it before I can delete it.
Now what you’ll notice is this published and unpublished toggle here. So this determines what’s available and what’s visible for the marketplaces, which is aren’t betting solution. And I’ll touch on that again, further down the line in the presentation.
Now let’s just take a quick look and see what going into editing the most recent draft of the template looks like.
Here I’m brought into the template builder. And with this, I can drag around each step each method. So this is a meta method, when I drag it on what I creating as a step for that cycle. Each transaction runs down each step subsequently, if there are things like decision sets and filters, then it works based off of those and it carries on down the line. I’ll leave that there because again, we’re doing a more detailed video later.
