Setup in Cyclr Console
Go into your Cyclr Console:
- Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
- Use the search box to locate the Verint Workforce Management – Queue Performance Connector.
- Select the Pencil button.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Enter the below values:

| Client ID | The Application Id that was assigned to your app. |
| Client Secret | The client secret generated for your app. |
| Domain | The domain to be accessed. By default use2.vcp-lab.verintcloudservices.com will be used. |
- Select Save Changes.
If you leave these values blank, they must be provided each time the Connector is installed.
Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing a Verint Workforce Management – Queue Performance Connector, the following values are used:

| Azure Tenant | Your customer will be required to supply the directory tenant the application should operate against during the connector installation. It can be supplied in either GUID or domain-name format. |
