Cyclr Console
Go into your Cyclr Console:
- Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
- Use the search box to locate the Verint Engagement Orchestration Connector.
- Select the Padlock button.
- Enter the below values:

| Scope | Space separated list of scopes used to access the API. |
- Select Save Changes.
If you leave these values blank, they must be provided each time the Connector is installed.
Cyclr Connector Installation
Enter for the following parameters when installing the Verint Engagement Orchestration Connector:

| Domain | Domain of the application server or load balancer address without the HTTP protocol. For example, mysite.myexamplehost.com. |
| Username | Username used to access the application. |
| Password | Password used to access the application. |
| Tenant ID | ID of the tenant to authenticate under. Defaults to default if not set. Optional. |
