This guide explains how to install a Verint Knowledge Management Enterprise Connector.
The Verint Knowledge Management Enterprise Connector uses the password grant type to generate an OIDC token; a valid username and password will be required during Connector installation process.
Note: OIDC token generation via SAML is not supported at this time.
Setup & Authentication
Partner Setup in Cyclr Console
By default, the Verint Knowledge Management Enterprise Connector will use the scope openid em_api_access when authenticating.
This value can be changed for all customers by accessing your Cyclr Partner Console:
- Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
- Use the search box to locate the Verint Knowledge Management Enterprise Connector entry.
- Select the Pencil button.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Enter the replacement default Scope value.
- Select Save Changes.
Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing a Verint Knowledge Management Enterprise Connector, you’re prompted for the following details:

| Password | Password used to access the application. |
| Tenant ID | ID of the tenant to authenticate under. Defaults to default if not set. |
