Help and Support in the Cyclr Console
We’ve made it easier to get help while you’re working in Cyclr, whether you have a quick question, need help with a specific integration, or want to reach our team directly. Everything you need is in one place at the top navigation bar, whether you are working on your Console or in the Account view.

The Help button
The Help button can be found at the top navigation of your Console. On our shared Cyclr instances, the Help button opens Cypher, our AI support assistant.
Cypher is designed to provide immediate assistance and help you find the information you need faster, from finding answers in the documentation to scripting and logic questions.
Cypher can resolve most queries on its own. If it can’t answer your question, it can raise a support ticket for you on the spot. Your question and context are passed straight to our team.

Cypher is available directly in your Consoles on Cyclr’s shared instances. If you’re on a private instance of Cyclr, you can still chat with Cypher any time on our Community site. If you’d like Cypher added to your private instance, just get in touch.
What Cypher can help with
Cypher is trained on Cyclr’s documentation and answers in a conversational format, so you don’t need to know the exact keywords or section titles to get a useful response. Rather than just pointing you to a link, it draws on our documentation to answer your question directly.
A few ways to put it to work:
- Template design. Ask how to approach a build, such as “How do I create a template integration between Salesforce and Google Sheets?” Cypher can walk you through installing and authenticating connectors, mapping fields, and testing.
- Scripting and logic. Get a hand with writing scripts and working through logic questions as you build.
- Sharing screenshots. Send Cypher a screenshot of your workflow or step setup you need help with, and it can read the image to explain it or suggest where to look next.
- API guidance. Ask about authenticating, what different endpoints do, and how to interpret responses.
- Terminology. Get plain-language definitions of platform concepts like connectors, templates, accounts, and users.

Resources
Next to the Help button, you’ll find a Resources button that opens our Resource Center. It holds all our useful links in one place, from documentation to the community forum and video tutorials.
A link to the Cyclr API reference page is now in the Resource Center as well. You can use it to view available endpoints and make calls to the Cyclr API.
In the Resources you’ll also find a link to the Cyclr Support Desk, where you can raise a support request with our team if you’d prefer to reach us directly rather than going through Cypher.
Which option should I use?
As a quick guide:
- Have a question or need to troubleshoot? Open Help and ask Cypher. It’s the fastest route to an answer and can pull from our documentation, review your screenshots, and raise a ticket if needed.
- Want to learn or explore? Head to the Resources for documentation, community discussion, and tutorials.
- Prefer to reach our team directly? Use the Cyclr Support Center option from within the Resources Center to raise a ticket yourself, or view your existing tickets.
