So the first thing that you’ll notice and the page that we get sent to you, by default, is a Connector Setting page.
For most connectors, the only fields on the Setting page that you’re going to need are the comments fields for describing the current release, the and the inbound paging settings for handling how many records come back per page of results.
Other fields can be required for some cases, but typically, it’s the inbound paging and the comment that you’ll be using the most.
Just to cover what else is there we have Post install methods.
The Post install test method looks at just a simple test call just to make sure the authentications work properly. If it hasn’t, then Cyclr will tell you to check your credentials and reauthenticate again.
We also have the posts or property lookup value method. Now these are for Connectors that return auth in a non standard way. If authentication doesn’t, if the methods of authentication that we offered don’t cover the authentication that the connector needs, what you’ll be able to do is make a manual call set up the person saw property value lookup method, and then that will store your authentication for the connector.
Outbound page sizing.
This limits how many records are sent off at a time.
We also have the singular partner webhook URL, this is for scenarios where multiple URLs aren’t appropriate.
There’s also if you didn’t do it at the start the initial creation, an option for you to be able to upload an icon. Typically 200 by 200 pixels, should have a transparent background, that’s the best way for it to work and appear within Cyclr.
