This guide takes you through obtaining authentication details from Facebook and installing the Facebook Conversions Connector.
Note: This Connector was previously called Facebook Offline Conversions.
The API it uses is being deprecated in Q3 2024 and migrated over to the Facebook Conversions API.
Offline events can still be upload using the Conversions > Upload Events method.

Setup & Authentication
Remote Setup
Login to your Facebook Business Manager account, add a system user, and generate an access token. Facebook’s documentation on how to do this can be found here.
Cyclr Connector Installation
Enter for the following parameters when installing the Facebook Conversions Connector:
