Webex Meetings – Setup

Introduction

This guide explains how to setup Webex Meetings for use with Cyclr, as well as installing a Webex Meetings Connector.

Create an integration

Webex’s guide on how to create an integration can be found here under the Registering Your Integration heading.

When creating your integration within Webex Meetings, set the Redirect URI parameter to the Callback URL of your Cyclr Partner Console.

Having created an integration, go into your Cyclr Partner Console:

1. Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
2. Use the search box to locate the Webex Meetings Connector entry.
3. Select the Pencil button.
4. Select the Settings tab.
5. Enter the following values:

Property	Description
Client ID	The client ID of your Webex Meetings integration.
Client Secret	The client secret of your Webex Meetings integration.
Scopes	Scopes define the level of access your Webex Meetings integration requires. Defaults to: spark:kms meeting:schedules_read meeting:participants_read meeting:preferences_read spark-admin:people_read meeting:schedules_write See the full list of available scopes for more information and if you wish to provide your own here.

6. Select Save Changes.

If you leave these values blank, they must be provided each time the Connector is installed.

Cyclr Connector Installation

When installing a Webex Meetings connector, the user will be taken to a Webex login page to sign in and give consent for your App to access their data.
