Obtain Authentication Details
To authenticate a UKG Pro Workforce Management Connector, you need the following details relating to a Pro Workforce Management tenant:
- Host Name
- Username
- Password
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Access Client ID and Client Secret
When a Pro Workforce Management tenant is provisioned, a password-protected Excel worksheet is attached to the related company’s Salesforce account, containing all of the details necessary to configure employees to make API calls, therefore allowing Cyclr to interact with it.
This information includes your Pro Workforce Management tenant name, URL, client ID and client secret.
If you do not have access to these details, you should contact your Pro Workforce Management system administrator, otherwise you’ll need to contact UKG directly by opening a support case with them.

Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing a UKG Pro Workforce Management Connector, the following values are used:
