This guide explains how to get started with a Tracker RMS Connector.
Setup & Authentication
Overview
Cyclr Partner OAuth Setup:
- Request a Client Secret from Tracker RMS
- Store the Client ID and your Client Secret in your Cyclr Partner Console.
Cyclr Partner Basic Authentication:
- No additional setup is required, your customer will need to use their username and password when installing the Cyclr Connector.
Remote OAuth Setup in Tracker RMS
Tracker RMS does not document the process of obtaining a client secret, details that they may require from you will include the Redirect URL. This can be found in your Cyclr Console and is in this format: https://{Your Cyclr Service Domain}/connector/callback
Partner OAuth Setup in Cyclr Console
Having obtained your Client Secret from Tracker RMS, navigate to your Cyclr Partner Console:
- Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
- Use the search box to locate the Tracker RMS Connector entry.
- Select the Pencil button.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Enter the below values:

| Client ID | The value is Always: EvoApi_1.0 |
| Client Secret | The Secret provided by Tracker RMS |
- Select Save Changes.
If you leave these values blank, they must be provided each time the Connector is installed.
Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing the Tracker RMS Connector, the following values are used:
Domain: Depending on your region, the domain for the API are as follows:
- US:
evoapius.tracker-rms.com - Canada:
evoapica.tracker-rms.com - UK and Rest Of World:
evoapi.tracker-rms.com
Username: The username for the authenticating account.
Password: The password for the authenticating account.
