Creating an Application Password

In order to authenticate a TOPdesk Connector, your customer will need to:

  1. Log in to TOPdesk.
  2. Go to “User Settings” via the Operator Menu in the top right of TOPdesk.
  3. Select “Add” in the Application passwords block.
  4. Enter a Name, select an expiry date and click “Create”.
  5. The new password will then be shown, but only once so must be copied then so it can be used when authenticating the Connector later.

Cyclr Connector Installation

When installing the TOPdesk Connector, Cyclr will prompt for the following values:
