In order to authenticate a SysAid Connector, the following credentials are required:
- Account ID
- User Name
- Password
- Account URL
Once your customer has created a SysAid account, they will receive these details from SysAid.
Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing the SysAid Connector, the following values are used:
