This guide explains how to install a Shuttle Connector.
Setup & Authentication
Overview
Remote Setup – performed by Cyclr Partner
To work with Shuttle’s API you will need a Shuttle developer portal account. If you do not have one, contact Shuttle via online chat or support@shuttleglobal.com.
Once you have a Shuttle developer portal account, login to it and create an application to obtain a set of credentials, including a shared_key and secret_key.
Having performed the setup described above, go to your Cyclr Partner Console:
- Go to Connectors > Application Connector Library.
- Use the search box to locate the Shuttle Connector entry.
- Select the Pencil button to edit it.
- Select the Settings tab then enter the following

| Client ID | Your Shuttle shared_key value. |
| Client Secret | Your Shuttle secret_key value. |
Entering these values here within Cyclr means they won’t be asked for each time a Shuttle Connector is installed.
Your Customer’s setup:
They must obtain the following from Shuttle:

Cyclr Connector Installation
When installing a Shuttle Connector, the following values are required:
