Setup & Authentication

Overview

Cyclr Partner setup:

No external setup is required by you, the Cyclr Partner, as configuration and retrieval of any credentials is performed by your customer within the external system.

As a result, the Client ID and Client Secret fields within your Cyclr Partner Console’s Firefish Connector Library entry should be left blank so that they’re displayed each time the Connector is installed and provided by your customer.

Your customer’s setup:

  • Obtain a Client ID and Client Secret from Firefish Software.

Remote Setup in Firefish Software – performed by your customer

Installation of the Cyclr Connector requires a Firefish Client ID and Client Secret. These can be accessed via the Custom API section of the Integrations settings within your customer’s Firefish account.
