Firefish Software – Setup

Introduction

This guide explains how to obtain authentication details from Firefish Software, as well as how to install a Firefish Software Connector.

Note: an account with Firefish Software is required in order to use the connector.

Setup & Authentication

Overview

Your customer’s setup:

  • Obtain a Client ID and Client Secret from Firefish Software.

Remote Setup in Firefish Software – performed by your customer

Installation of the Cyclr connector will require a Firefish Client ID and Client Secret. These can be accessed via the Custom API section of the Integrations settings within Firefish.

When installing a Firefish Software Connector, the following values are used:
