BambooHR Setup

To authenticate the BambooHR Connector you will need your Company Subdomain and an API Key.

Company Subdomain

1. The subdomain used to access your account. If you access BambooHR at https://mycompany.bamboohr.com, then the subdomain is “mycompany”

API Key

1. Log in to BambooHR.
2. Click your user icon, either in the upper right or lower left corner.
3. Click API Keys.
4. Click Add New Key.
5. Give your API Key a name and click Generate Key.
6. Make a note of your API Key as it can only be viewed once.

Connector Authentication

1. Locate the BambooHR Connector by going to your Cyclr Console > Connectors > Connector Library > BambooHR
2. From the Edit Connector interface click ‘Setup’
3. Enter your Company Subdomain and click ‘Next’
4. Enter your API Key and click ‘Next’

The Connector can now be installed and authenticated.
